Turquoise Eye Shadow is my favorite eyeshadow to create what I call Peacock eyes.  It's incredibly flattering on all eye colors once you find your right shading depth. You can wear it really sheer and blended as a soft color wash or build it up for deep, dramatic Cleopatra eye drama.  I pair this with a cat eye liner using Onyx Creme Liner and three coats of Lush Black Mascara for an eye design that's glamorous and alluring. ~ Jill
