Rose Quartz is a lovely dark pink eyeshadow that highlights all colors of eyes but looks especially gorgeous on green, blue and hazel eyes.  It's matte finish goes on so easily, it blends well and is very long lasting on the eyes.  If you use just one all around eyeshadow then you make it Rose Quartz Matte.  ~ Jill
