Directions:

Before first use, pump the spray until a squirt of oil is seen.
Insert tip of pump gently in nostril and pump 1 to 3 times while inhaling.
Repeat in other nostril.
Gentle pinch the nostrils together.

Adults and Children over 12 years:1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 3 times daily or as needed
