The Riviera line, launched in 1973, became one the company's long beloved models with its distinctive dodecagonal case. The 12 sides represented 12 hours and the geometric expression of innovation, classicism and creativity.
While it presents as a dress watch, it has a water-resistant style design with both screwed down back and crown.
It if fully Baume & Mercier and presents in gorgeous condition - it presents as a 9.7 out of 10. The case is just short of perfect mint, and the dial, and crystal are all present as mint. The dial has been expertly refinished - the printing could pass as Baume & Mercier factory done. The bracelet appears mint. On the wrist the watch looks mint.
Note that the dial came out looking a little brighter under the photography lights than it does in person. In person it is a true royal blue.
